This Privacy Policy explains how GyaaniAI LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use https://techpacks.app and our apparel tech pack service (the “Service”). By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: when you create an account, our authentication provider collects your name, email address and login credentials on our behalf.

Order content: the designs, sketches, photographs, measurements, descriptions and other materials you upload so that we can produce your tech packs.

Payment information: when you make a purchase, our third-party payment provider processes your payment. We receive confirmation of the transaction and the credits granted, but we do not store your full card details.

Communications: messages you send us through contact or support forms, including your email address and the content of your message.

Usage and device data: we use privacy-focused, cookieless web analytics that collects aggregate information such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type. This does not identify you individually.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide, deliver and improve the Service; produce, revise and support your tech packs; process orders and credits; communicate with you about your orders and requests; send transactional emails (such as order confirmations and delivery notifications); maintain security and prevent fraud; and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your designs. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their function. These include our authentication provider, payment processor, cloud hosting and storage provider, web analytics provider and transactional email provider.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our authentication provider sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to secure your session. Our web analytics is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We retain your account information and order content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as accounting and fraud prevention.

Uploaded designs and generated tech packs are stored in private cloud storage that is not publicly accessible, and access is restricted to your account and authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
