Terms of Service

1. Overview

This website and the related services at https://techpacks.app (the “Service”) are operated by GyaaniAI LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service and place an order. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. The Service

We prepare apparel technical packages (“tech packs”) from the designs, sketches, photographs, measurements and descriptions you submit. Each pack is built to a factory standard and is intended to help you obtain quotes and samples from manufacturers.

Your first tech pack is available to view on-screen as a preview so you can review the work. The full, downloadable, factory-ready PDF is a paid deliverable. We do not give away a complete tech pack for free.

Turnaround times (for example, “within 24 hours”) are targets, not guarantees, and may vary with order volume, complexity and the completeness of the materials you provide.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account, which is created and managed through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@techpacks.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Orders, Credits and Payment

Tech packs are purchased using credits. One credit is redeemed per tech pack order. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are stated in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We may change prices and the contents of plans at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

When online checkout is available, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You agree to pay all charges incurred for your orders at the prices in effect when the charge is incurred.

6. Revisions and Turnaround

Each tech pack includes one free revision. Additional revisions require another credit. Revision requests should describe the changes needed; we may decline requests that materially change the scope of the original order.

7. Refunds

If we are unable to fulfil an order, the credit used for that order is returned to your account. Because tech packs are custom-made digital deliverables prepared specifically for you, completed and delivered packs are generally non-refundable. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us at support@techpacks.app and we will work with you in good faith.

8. Your Content and License

You retain all ownership of the designs, images, descriptions and other materials you submit (“Your Content”), and of the finished tech packs we deliver to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and use Your Content solely to provide the Service — that is, to produce, deliver, revise and support your tech packs. We treat Your Content as private to your account. We do not sell Your Content and do not share it except as needed to provide the Service or as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including the website, software, branding, text, graphics and templates we provide (excluding Your Content) — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) submit content that is infringing, unlawful, harmful or deceptive; (c) access another user’s account or data; (d) interfere with, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or (e) distribute malware or engage in fraud. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, hosting, storage and email delivery, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any tech pack will be accepted by, or suitable for, any particular factory or manufacturer. You are responsible for reviewing each tech pack before relying on it.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GyaaniAI LLC and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GyaaniAI LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

15. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page; please review it periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
